Our classes are suitable for every fitness level. We provide small group training, capping every class at 16 people ensuring each person gets the individual care they deserve to achieve their highest potential. Every class runs for 50 minutes and begins with incorporating Pilates into your warm up. This helps you to bring awareness to your body and how it moves, facilitating functional movements.
Please book your class via our app Glowfox, which can be accessed by clicking the link in the Store tab. We ask you to arrive at least 10 minutes before the class. During this time we invite you to prepare for your class by stretching or foam rolling. We welcome you to attend the session up to 5 minutes into the session.
Optional Introductory Session.
To be able to get the most out of your classes we have created an introductory session. During this, you will spend time going through: a run down of how our studio works, your fitness abilities, identify any niggles or injuries, pinpoint any problem areas, your personal goals and making a plan how we can help you to get the absolute most out of every class. We will go on to spend some time explaining how to move your body safely, paying close attention to body awareness and core engagement. We would like all members to have a sound understanding of the elements of moving your body correctly. The session will run for 50 minutes and cost $50.00.
If you are wanting to get that little bit more out of your workout or have identified something that you would like to work on, then a private session might be the thing for you. During your one to one session you will be able to set your own pace and achieve your specific goals. This co-insides great with our classes, as it allows you and the trainer to slow down and spend time on the movements you really want to so you are confident in a group class. The session will run for 60 minutes and cost $70.00.
Pull Your Weight 1
Join us for a high energy class that incorporates body weight exercises to challenge your stability with burst of cardio to maintain an elevated heart rate.
Pull Your Weight 2
Here we incorporate body weight exercises with more challenging equipment such as a bosu ball in order to test your stability. This workout will push your balance and body weight strength to its limits.
We welcome members to join in this class that have participated in at least 1 session of Pull Your Weight I.
Strength & Cardio Circuit
Welcome to your perfect mixture of Strength and Cardio, a class where you get a bit of everything.
Here, we take you through basic free weight movements to help develop your technique. This class will help you to build strength and power while having the advantage of being low impact on your joints.
In this Intermediate class you’ll experience different strength movements that ask more of the body. We can aid you in determining what weights will help you to achieve your goal and what areas you would like to improve on. The class will explore numerous components to exercise’s such as: learning how to properly do a deadlift, squat, and bench press.
Get your heart pumping with an all round cardio workout. With a combination of high-intensity cardio and bracing the body in static holds, this class is perfect for those who want to increase cardio vascular endurance.
