  • You will be entitled to unlimited classes.

  • Foundation membership will only be available for the first 25 members.

  • Payments are direct debit, either from your bank account or from a credit card.

  • The month begins on the date of membership purchase.

  • Declined or dishonoured payments will result in a $20.00 admin fee.

  • All memberships are a minimum of three months set to auto re-new*.

  • * Auto re-new means your membership will roll over each month unless you advise us otherwise.

  • You must give four weeks notice before canceling a membership prior to the next billing cycle. Please email us at info@toppreformancefitness.com with your full name so we can promptly organise the cancellation. Please note that there will not be any refunds issued if the next billing cycle occurs and notification has not been given in writing.

  • Cancelation of memberships within the initial three months will result in the remainder of the membership being paid out.

  • Minimum freeze time for a membership is 14 days. You can freeze up to three months at one time. You will need to provide 14 days notice to do this.

Class Packs

  • Session Packs are an up front payment for the selected sessions e.g 10 class pack.

  • You can to book into any class.

  • All packs are valid for 3 months from the date of your first class.

Causal Visit

  • Is a once off payment and enables you to attend any class of your preference.

Opening times/class schedule

  • Opening times may differ over public holidays.

  • Class schedule is subject to change at any point of time.

Class Cancelation Policy

  • We have a strict 9-hour cancellation policy. You can change and cancel classes for free up until then.

  • However, you will be charged for the session if you cancel after the 9-hour window or if you don’t attend your session.

  • If you would like to change your class time within the 9 hour window, please ring us on 0435 570 435 and we will try to arrange this for you.


  • Please note that if the class you would like to attend is full, you can choose to be added to the waitlist.

  • Therefore, if someone cancels their position in the class you will get a notification via the Glowfox app that you have been added to the class.


  • Children are welcome in our facility to any class time.

  • There will not be any staff members dedicated to looking after children and we take no responsibility for children in the facility.

  • All children must stay in the dedicated kids zone; baby play pen, on the floor boards or in a pram.

  • It is your responsibility to make sure your child stays in this area.

  • Children are prohibited from coming into the class area. This is to ensure their own safety, other members safety and out of respect for others.

  • Clean up any mess your child has made before you leave.


  • Members can only access the gym during class times with an instructor present.

  • Please bring a towel and drink bottle, there will be cold water available.

  • We will not tolerate any antisocial behaviour (bulling or harassment) to staff or members. This behaviour may result in membership termination.

Cooling Off Period

  • There is a 7 day cooling off period that begins on the date this form is submitted during which time you may terminate your membership by delivering written notice to info@topperformancefitness.com

  • Cooling off is only relevant to Memberships only. Class Packs excluded.

  • Charges apply to membership fees to date.
