Whats Included?
This program is delivered face to face, either 1:1 or in a small group setting.
Your first two weeks are on US!
To help ease you back into your training, we include two complementary weeks of training and 2x 30min Personal Training sessions to take you through the program and build your confidence.
A 10 week training program:
A strategically crafted 3 day program, designed to support recovery and safely return to strength training postpartum. A big focus on correct breathing, bracing, core engagement, pelvic stability and general strength.
Choose a coaching option that suits you:
Choose to join in 1, 2 or 3 group training sessions weekly,
Or Choose to work more in depth with 1:1 sessions.
Prices start at $40 per week
