What is the Lean Body Project?
The Lean Body Project is an 8-week comprehensive coaching program designed to help you build lean muscle, lose fat, and develop sustainable healthy habits. The program combines personalised training plans, nutrition guidance, and ongoing support to help you achieve your body transformation goals.
Who is this program for?
This program is for busy parents, professionals, and anyone who's exhausted from working hard without seeing results, or watching them disappear the moment life gets chaotic.
If you've lost weight only to gain it back, built strength only to lose it during a stressful season, or feel like you're spinning your wheels while everyone else seems to figure it out, this is for you.
You're not the problem. You've been following approaches that weren't built to last. You deserve a method that delivers real results and actually sticks, no matter how full your life gets.
How long is the commitment, and what happens after?
The Lean Body Project is an 8-week commitment, after completing the program, you can continue with ongoing coaching, transition to a maintenance plan, or apply everything you've learned independently. Many clients choose to continue working with their coach to reach new goals.
What happens if I change my mind
If you change your mind during the consultation process prior to starting we can cancel, however once the induction process begins The Lean Body Project is an 8 week minimum commitment, and we encourage you to see it through!
What happens next when I join up? Is there an initial consultation?
Yes, upon sign up you'll receive a coaching questionnaire, if required a follow up call to discuss your goals, experience, preferences, and any limitations so your coach can create your customised program.
Our team will invite you to our coaching platform and get you set up in the App ready to kick off on the start date.
How much time should I set aside for training each week?
Most programs include 3–5 training sessions per week, tailored to your schedule, experience, and goals. Your coach will create a plan that fits your lifestyle.
Most workouts take about 45–75 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down. Your coach will make sure each session fits your schedule and gets the most out of your time.
Is gym access necessary to get started?
Not at all! While having a gym gives you more equipment options, your program can easily be adapted for home workouts with minimal equipment. Just let your coach know your setup during onboarding, and they’ll tailor your plan for you.
Do I have to follow a strict diet?
Absolutely not! We focus on flexible, realistic nutrition strategies that fit your goals and daily life—so you can improve your habits without feeling restricted.
Are meal plans included?
Yes! You’ll receive nutrition guidelines, macronutrient and calorie targets, and easy-to-follow meal planning frameworks. We do provide Meal plan examples to help guide you with your flexible dieting.
What kind of support can I expect from my coach?
You’ll have at least one check-in each week, plus ongoing access to your coach through the messaging platform. Most messages are answered within 24 hours on business days, so you’ll always have guidance, feedback, and support whenever you need it.
How do I track my progress?
Progress is monitored through weekly check-ins, progress photos, body measurements, weight trends, and performance in the gym. Your coach will help you focus on the metrics that matter most.
What do I need to get started?
Access to training equipment (gym or home setup), a food scale for tracking, and a commitment to the process. Your coach will provide everything else.
What kind of results can I expect?
Results vary based on starting point, adherence, and individual factors. Most clients experience noticeable improvements in body composition, strength, energy levels, and confidence. Realistic expectations are 0.5-1% body weight change per week.
Do I need to track everything?
It is highly recommended, as the saying goes "what get's measured, gets managed", data is important to be able to strategically make appropriate adjustments to get you to your goal. If fat-loss if your goal, winging it is not recommended.
In the beginning, tracking food and workouts helps create awareness and accountability. As you progress, you'll develop intuition and may need less detailed tracking.
